  • If a user deletes their bepay money account, all associated URLs, search history, and stored data will be automatically erased from bepay money's systems.
  • Users will receive a confirmation message stating that all linked data, including URL submissions, has been permanently deleted.
  • Once the account is deleted, this action cannot be undone, and bepay money will not be able to recover the removed data.

4.4. Processing & Response Timeline

  • bepay money will review deletion requests within 10 business days from the date of submission.
  • If additional verification or legal review is required, users will be notified of the expected processing timeframe.
  • Upon approval, bepay money will permanently delete the specified URL content from its systems and confirm the completion of the request.

5. Data Retention & Exceptions:

While bepay money aims to fulfill valid deletion requests, certain circumstances may require us to retain URL data for a defined period:

  • If the URL is associated with ongoing transactions, disputes, or regulatory investigations, bepay money may temporarily retain the content until such matters are resolved.
